Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, like new (ie. unworn with tags, never installed, and/or safety seals intact) and in its original packaging. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, misused or abused are not eligible for return. Returns must include all the original parts and contents for a refund.

You will need the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@impulse-performance.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns must be shipped within 15 days after receiving authorization from us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Non-refundable items

Shipping and freight related charges are strictly non-refundable.

Items listed as Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock are sold as-is, therefore all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. 

No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products, including wheels and/or tires that we determine to have been mounted or otherwise installed.

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Impulse Performance is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only returns which meet all the return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. Shipping and freight related charges, including orders which qualified for "free shipping", will not be refunded. At the discretion of Impulse Performance, refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item's purchase price.

Any items that are not accepted by Impulse Performance will not be credited, refunded or returned to you, the customer.
